Academy of Enterprise
The Academy of Enterprise is a not-for-profit initiative founded by successful entrepreneur Prof Alec Reed in 2000. As a firm-believer in the necessity of an enterprising workforce to ensure the continued growth of the UK economy, Prof Reed established the Academy to promote a spirit of enterprise and the teaching of enterprise learning across the UK.

What is ASDAN all about?

ASDAN creates the opportunity for learners to achieve personal and social development through the achievement of ASDAN Awards and Qualifications, enhancing self-esteem, aspirations and individual contribution to local, national and global communities.



What awards does ASDAN offer?

ASDAN offers a wide range of Awards for young people of all abilities. They aim to recognise and reward their skills as they complete \'Personal Challenges\' in such areas as sports, healthy living, community involvement, work experience, expressive arts, relationships, citizenship, personal finance and enterprise.

The Awards can be achived in a variety of educational, training, employment, youth and community situations. They are flexible, activity-based programmes
supported by a framework of assessment for personal and social skills.

Bright Futures & The World of Enterprise
Bright Futures and The World of Enterprise is an activity based 'Enterprise Programme' developed to 'Kick Start' enterprise initiatives for schools and colleges throughout the UK. All events are run by our own team of professional presenters. They organise and deliver the whole experience leaving teaching staff free to facilitate and benefit from the whole learning experience. All programmes focus on Social (non-commercial) and Commercial Enterprise. Using state of the art audio visual equipment to enhance the experience.
